- Recruitment: this option involves recruiting the candidate directly.
- Subcontracting with the option of recruitment: Some companies prefer to begin with a subcontract from Method with the option of recruiting.
Like many organizations, the Arab Bank needed a senior project management expert with Islamic Finance experience and was not able to find this person. A representative of Arab Bank approached Method to help them find this resource.
From previous projects, training programs, and professional networks, Method has developed a comprehensive database of industry professionals; categorized by expertise, location, and experience level. Within one month of Arab Bank’s request, our team had located an ideal candidate for the position. After identifying the candidate, Method then worked in partnership with Arab Bank to verify that this candidate met or exceeded all corporate and industry requirements.
Arab Bank elected to bring the project manager on a trial basis for a six-month period with the option to recruit him. After just three months, Arab Bank’s management offered the candidate a permanent position. The candidate went on to build a successful career, and has now earned a senior management position at Arab Bank. |
