Using the PMBOK® (Project Management Body of Knowledge) best practices benchmark for the assessment, our specialists will measure the compliance and effectiveness of your ongoing project, gauging the project’s ability to meet its objectives, and benchmarking the project management activities compliance against the organization’s project management method.

The Housing Bank for Trade and Finance (HBTF) was performing a major HR system deployment for all HBTF banks in the region, contracting a leading HR consulting company to perform the work . However, before officially launching the project, HBTF sought to ensure that all the mechanisms needed for project success were in place.
Method initiated the Project Health Check with a review of all existing project documents. Also, Method conducted multiple workshops with key project stakeholders. Method developed several key recommendations for improving the project plan including; better definition of roles and responsibilities, and better definition of the scope including the WBS (work breakdown structure) and WBS Dictionary.
Method addressed the Executive Board with recommendations and laid out a change management roadmap. This resulted in a higher level of understanding of what the change will entail and how to ensure the project success. |
